Labor Rates:
Desktop and Printer Technical Labor
Hourly Inhouse Rate (at our office) - $70 (plus bench fee)
(Inhouse rate also applies to remote assistance using our help desk or
other remote control software)
Hourly Onsite Rate (at your site) - $85 (Portal to Portal)
Minimum Labor Charge - $25 (plus bench fee)
Bench Fee - $5
Network and Server Engineer Labor*
Hourly Inhouse Rate (at our office) - $100 (plus bench fee)
Hourly Onsite Rate (at your site) - $115 (Portal to Portal Travel Time
Charged at $85 / Hour)
Minimum Labor Charge - $50 (plus bench fee)
Bench Fee - $5 *This rate category includes labor performed by our
internal certified engineers. Configurations and troubleshooting of
servers, network infrastructure, or advanced technical issues are examples
of this labor rate. The application of this rate will be determined by
TCMI staff.Off Peak Technical Assistance is available upon request and
will be charged at double the regular hourly rate.
