in and
out of warranty. This support may include facilitation of HP repair and/or in-store repair. We do not provide in-depth phone support on HP products. We provide in-house and onsite repair as either a warranty service through HP, or out-of-warranty chargeable services. If you need phone support, please

HP In-house Factory Warranty Repairs:
We are able to repair a wide variety of HP products under warranty. More in-warranty products will be added as we complete more HP certifications.

HP Consumer Printing & Imaging Warranty Facilitation:
We are able to facilitate the warranty repair or replacement of a wide variety of consumer HP Printing and Imaging products including: HP Deskjet printers, HP Print/Scan/Copy All-in-Ones, HP OfficeJet All-in-Ones, HP Fax & HP Color Copiers (ink jet), HP ScanJet Scanners, HP PhotoSmart Printers & Scanners, HP Photosmart Digital Cameras, HP CD Writers, HP DVD Writers, HP Digital Entertainment Products, HP iPAQ Digital Projectors, HP Jornada Handheld Computers, and HP Home Networking Products.
The vast majority of these consumer products eligible for warranty facilitation are handled via HP Unit Exchange. We will verify that your product needs repair or replacement and contact HP to have an Exchange Unit shipped out. Once the Exchange Unit arrives at our location we will contact you to pick up the replacement unit and ship your item in need of repair back to HP. This usually takes 3-5 business days from the time you get your product to us. There are sometimes Express Exchange options available to you in which HP ships the Exchange Unit overnight and you, the end user, pay for the express shipping charges. Please note that if you are not local to Marshall, MN we are not going to be able to repair your consumer product. We do not repair ANY of the above consumer printing and imaging products in our store under warranty. We do not provide in-depth phone support on these products. You would be best served by contacting HP directly if you are not close to Marshall, MN.
